FOUNDED IN 2017
Cloud K9 was founded by Alice Parkinson. After realising her dream of owning her own dog grooming salon, she gained her Level 3 City & Guilds qualified status in July 2017.
The intensive training was conducted in a Gold Standard professional salon, during which Alice learnt absolutely everything there was to know about dog grooming and managing a business. The owners of the training centre only provide the highest level of tuition.
Alice has transferred this ethos of excellence in to Cloud K9. She is passionate about the health and hygiene of dogs and always puts their needs first.
Alice has also been supported by the Prince's Trust Foundation and completed a business enterprise course, along with a pending Level 1 and 2 Exploring Enterprise qualification.
PUPPY LOVE
Alice has always loved dogs and has grown up with them from a very young age. She is owner to Milo, the mischievous beagle who loves to explore - see photo!
She understands dogs and knows what they need, from a good cuddle, all the way to keeping them looking, smelling and feeling their best.
From tiny terriers to sizeable St. Bernard's, Alice is able to quickly establish a rapport with even the most nervous of dogs. This deep-rooted connection with pooches has driven Alice to offer only the highest standard of grooming and styling to each and every dog. She will always aim to make them feel welcome and relaxed so that the dogs thoroughly enjoy their pampering experience.

Our shampoos are all of the highest quality, made by ReQual. Each has a different purpose for different coat types. We also offer a NutriDerm shampoo for doggies with more sensitive skin. Our conditioners are made by Wild Wash and only contain all-natural ingredients to keep your pooch's coat looking silky and smooth.
Cloud K9 also offer ReQual eye and ear cleanser, a re-silk serum for a finishing sheen and a fabulous pooch perfume.
All of our treatments are conducted in a safe and secure environment, allowing toilet breaks (if needed) along with readily available water. The salon is always kept clean and hygienic with a specialist DEFRA-approved antibacterial.
